Jameson Miller is a Virginia native who attended T.C. Williams High School, famously integrated in the movie “Remember The Titans.” He then built houses, worked at the Cuchara Ski Resort in Colorado, and played in a band called Hyptic Mist. After a “lot of years of recreational eating” he found his entry into the hospitality business as a butcher and catering manager. He went on to cook at a remodeled Southern mansion called Bonterra in Charlotte, North Carolina. Wife Allison is a music therapist and took a job at the Sonoma Developmental Center. Jameson became part of the opening team at the Martini House in St. Helena. It was with the chefs of Martini, Bonterra, and Deuce that he refined his technique and sourcing methods. | |
